Pedro Barbosa
Founder & Lead Craftsman
With 30 years of experience in hardscaping and landscaping, Pedro built Barbosa & Sons from the ground up. His hands-on approach and eye for detail have earned the company a reputation for quality craftsmanship across the Twin Cities. When he's not on a job site, you'll find him mentoring the next generation — starting with his own sons.
Bryan Barbosa
Operations & Project Lead
Pedro's older son, Bryan brings fresh energy and a sharp organizational mind to every project. Growing up on job sites, he learned the trade from the best — and now helps lead crews, manage client relationships, and keep projects running on time and on budget.
Yael Barbosa
Field Operations
The younger of the Barbosa brothers, Yael is all about getting the job done right. He's hands-on with every build, bringing the same dedication to craftsmanship that his father instilled in him. Together with Pedro and Bryan, he's helping carry the family legacy forward.
